Conditions
The grading and the rates were given by the partners on the 1st January 2016. They may differ during the year without any responsibility of the tourist Office. It is recommended to apply directly to the partner to fix exact conditions.
The tenancy agreement is compulsory for all holiday rentals and must include the length of your stay (dates), arrival and departure times, number of persons (adults, children, babies), pets, the precise address of the property, the cost, the down payment (arrhes)* or deposit**, guarantee, tourist tax and any other details deemed necessary by the parties.
Down payment
The arrhes (a form of down payment) enable the cancellation of the booking by leaving the amount paid to the landlord. The landlord may equally cancel the booking by paying you a refund of this deposit.
Deposit
This form of deposit makes the agreement definite. The party who cancels the agreement has to indem- nify the other party. providers of furnished holiday rentals take sole responsibility for the properties they let. in the event of disputes, please contact the relevant landlord directly.
